Your access to and use of the Website is subject to these terms of use. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these terms you must immediately stop using the Website. We recommend that you print a copy of these terms for future reference.


These terms of use refer to the following additional terms, which also apply to your use of the Website:

2.1) Our Privacy Policy, which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us. By using our Website, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

The content of the Website is provided for general information only. It is not intended to constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision. Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on the Website, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on the Website is accurate, complete or up to date.

4.1) change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice for business and operational reasons and you confirm that We shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal; and

5.1) In order to use the Website you will need to register for an account using your email address. As part of our security procedures you will be required to choose a password and you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.

5.2) We have the right to disable any user identification code or password at any time if, in our reasonable opinion, you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.


6.1) When entering Festivals, We act as a platform for Festival organisers. Our contract with you is limited to the provision of use of the Website.

6.2) Entry fees vary according to each Festival and are set by the Festival organiser. Please contact the Festival organiser for further information regarding payment or if you require a refund.


The Website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that We are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.


8.1) We are the owner or licensee of all copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website).

8.2) You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our site. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our site must always be acknowledged.

8.3) If you print off, copy or download any part of the Website in breach of these terms of use, your right to use the Website will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.


9.1) Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to the Website, or to make contact with other users of the Website, you must comply with the content standards set out below. These content standards apply to any and all material which you contribute to the Website (Contribution). A Contribution must:

9.1.1 Be accurate (where it states facts).

9.1.2 Be genuinely held (where it states opinions).

9.1.2 Comply with the law applicable in England and Wales and in any country from which it is posted.

9.2 A Contribution must not:

9.2.1 Be defamatory of any person.

9.2.2 Be obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory.

9.2.3 Promote sexually explicit material or violence.

9.2.4 Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.

9u.2.5 Infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person or advocate, promote, incite any party to commit, or assist any unlawful or criminal act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.

9.2.6 Be likely to deceive any person.

9.2.7 Breach any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence.

9.2.8 Promote any illegal activity or be in contempt of court.

9.2.9 Be threatening, abuse or invade another's privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.

9.2.10 Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person.

9.2.11 Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.

9.3 Any content you upload to the Website will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You retain all ownership rights in your content, but you are required to grant us and other users of the Website a limited licence to use, store and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties for the sole purpose of planning, organising and delivering the Festival to which it applies. You are solely responsible for securing and backing up your content.

9.4) We have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you to the Website constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.

9.5) You must not misuse the Website by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or any other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the server on which the Website is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Website. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will coo-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach your right to use the Website will cease immediately.

9.6) Failure to comply with this clause constitutes a material breach of these terms of use and we may take such action as we reasonably deem appropriate.


10.1) You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

10.2) You must not establish a link to the Website in any website that is not owned by you. Our Website must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of our site other than the home page.

10.3) We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

10.4) The website in which you are linking must comply in all respects with the content standards set out in clause 8.


11.1) The Website is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

11.2) To the extent permitted by law, We will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Website or use of or reliance on any content displayed on the Website. We have no liability to you for loss of profits, loss of business, business interruption, loss of business opportunity or any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

11.3) We make no warranty that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.

11.4) Nothing in these terms shall be construed so as to exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury as a result of our negligence or that of our employees, agents or subcontractors.


You agree to indemnify us and hold our employees, agents and subcontractors harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against us arising out of any breach by you of these terms of use or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.


13.1) We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these terms.

13.2) If any of these terms should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such term shall be severed and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.


These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and we both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
