6) ENTERING FESTIVALS
6.1) When entering Festivals, We act as a platform for Festival organisers. Our contract with you is limited to the provision of use of the Website.
6.2) Entry fees vary according to each Festival and are set by the Festival organiser. Please contact the Festival organiser for further information regarding payment or if you require a refund.
7) LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
The Website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that We are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.
8) COPYRIGHT
8.1) We are the owner or licensee of all copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website).
8.2) You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our site. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
